The Premier League has signed a new TV mega-deal worth £5.14bn, and that’s just for UK rights. The increase from the last domestic deal alone equates to £40+ for every fan, at every game; top-flight clubs have to bring down ticket prices and support lower-league/grassroots football. There are five billion reasons why clubs should #shareTVwealth!

Fans demand that clubs:

  1. Drop prices for home fans;
  2. Commit to the FSF’s Twenty’s Plenty away price cap;
  3. Redistribute more wealth to support lower-league and grassroots football.

Important! Please make sure to SELECT A CLUB below. This triggers an email to them and the relevant league outlining your support for lower prices/redistribution of TV wealth throughout the pyramid. It's a vital step in this campaign as the PL and FL always insist that clubs hold the power.

    Twenty is Plenty - Any game any opposition! I used to go home and away games I have not gone to the game for some time - not unless I get a freebie. Follow the Rugby League, family orientated and the prices are respectable.

    There is excess money in football now, and there wouldn't be if it was not for the fans. Give them something back and help people attend more games.

    Leicester top of the league - but I haven't forgotten where the club has come from and its' rather chequered history in the top flight. FSF's proposals will create a more level playing field which will encourage any city club with a good level of support to think that they can be more than a bit-part player in the Premiership.

    I've attending matches in three different divisions to support my club, and the passion and commitment attending fans have for their clubs is if anything greater the lower down the pyramid you go. Football in this country is nothing without supporters and all four divisions of professional clubs. This is something TV executives and so called supporters with a Sky subscription will never understand. If Leicester win the Premier League this season, it will not only be a victory for Leicester, but for every fan up and down the country who supports their local team and resists the temptation to follow a club they have no connection with other than seeing them win on the TV.

    Even if they only view football as a business ripe for commercial exploitation from which they can profit, surely club owners should ensure that the game remains healthy at every level and that fans get a fair, affordable deal. With the TV money, they can easily afford to do so - and it is in their own interests to do so. No fans = no product to sell for TV rights = no profits.

    The increased revenue that Premier League clubs have recently got must be used to help the next generation of fans afford to be able to attend matches throughout the football pyramid. Far too great a percentage of this increased revenue appears to be going to the elite at the very top rather than helping the fans who help make the Premier League the exciting spectacle that it is.

    Football fans are being ripped-off. It has to stop, either by prices being reduced or fans taking action by no longer attending matches. Clubs are greedy. There is so much money in the sport through TV rights etc. that they cannot justify the prices they charge.
